Enterprise products are often hard to explain. You get stuck between a Product Marketer who wants to cram their jargon into the description of benefits, and then users who are often on your website simply trying to understand what on earth your company actually does and sells.
Our Studio creative directors and producers, along with partners at WeLikeSmall, imagined a fairly non-traditional way of demystifying a complex product like a content management system, and explained it to users in terms of a use case they needed to solve.
The result was a series of films (this was one of five), that brought color, joy, a little whimsy — and most importantly clarity — to a potential committee of interested buyers.
