Every year Adobe produces a holiday report highlighting holiday retail data and trends. This data is built by aggregating anonymous data from Adobe Experience Cloud, and aggregating trends across the world's top retailers. My team for years worked with our Comms and Insights team, and often external development partners, to bring this interactive experience to life.
But for holiday 2021, we developed this experience directly into our own CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) by developing new data visualization components. Engineers used data viz libraries, and worked closely with the design team to codify the charts styles within our design system.
The team created design standards for every type of data visualization required.
