Adobe is a well-known brand when it comes to content creation. But despite acquiring Omniture and breaking into the customer experience space — with a full slate of analyst wins in every imaginable category to back it up — they still struggled to be though of by CIOs as a viable alternative to CX incumbents.
So we set out, with partners from advertising team, campaign group, and of course our partners at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, to define a campaign strategy to help Adobe break through this crowed space in a uniquely creative way.

Out of this came a creative strategy of creating a series of vignettes across travel and hospitality, commerce, retail, personalization, and B2B, that showed people who were thrilled with clearly terrible experiences. Business can do better. And Adobe Experience Cloud can help.
